The initial taste reflects candied walnut, chocolate, and spices and ends with a dark and fruity, remarkably clean finish.

Coffee first flourished here after the introduction of the prized Jamaican Typica variety (often called Blue Mountain). Today, our premium organic coffee beans are sourced from smallholder plots known locally as gardens. These gardens are integral to the community, serving not only as sources for exceptional Papua New Guinea arabica coffee but also for a diverse array of food crops, ensuring both quality and sustainability.

Good coffee. I decided to try a medium/bold coffee. Having done so I've learned my personal preference is medium/mild. This is just my personal preference.

The difference is not subtle

"This is the first time I've ordered fresh roasted coffee. First, the shipping speed deserves applause. I got the fine grind for my espresso maker. I did a smell test between this and the mass produced store bought I've been drinking. That was a shocking difference. Then I brewed my first cup. I did use 2 tbsp. I made it just the way I always do. It's absolutely incredible. Smooth and rich. I will be buying again. I'm not sure how I was drinking what I was drinking before, but I won't be going back."
