Organic Ethiopian Sidamo - Unroasted Coffee Beans

To preserve the ample acidity and bright flavor of this Ethiopian Sidamo green coffee, we suggest a roast level between light and medium. This USDA Organic Certified green coffee was grown in Southern Ethiopia without the use of chemicals, improving overall bean quality to help create a truly magnificent final cup.

The Sidamo (or Sidama) is located in the Oromia coffee growing region of Southern Ethiopia. Due to the climate and acidic soil in this particular region of Southern Ethiopia, almost all of the coffees trees grown here produce coffee beans with remarkable fruity flavors and are also renown for being some of the most high-quality Ethiopian coffee beans.

Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee.

Organic certified by PA Certified Organic. OU Kosher certified. Produced in an SQF-certified, renewable energy-powered facility.
