Autumn Brews is the whole seasonal lineup in one place: dark roast coffee, fall coffee flavors, spiced tea, and single-ingredient botanicals, in bags, pods, capsules, and loose leaf.

Dark roast coffee for colder mornings

When the weather turns, most people move a roast level or two darker. That is most of what lives here: dark and medium-dark artisan blends, Indonesian and Central American single origins with enough body to take cream without disappearing, and Italian Craft espresso capsules if the afternoon calls for something short. Whole bean, four grinds, classic pods, portion packs, and cold brew filter packs.

Fall coffee flavors, none of them sugary

Pumpkin Spice is the one everybody comes for, and it holds up: medium roast 100% Arabica flavored with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, with no sugar in it at all. Then keep going. Apple Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Maple Crème, Sticky Bun, Butter Rum, Salted Caramel Mocha. All sugar free, most in both bags and pods, several with a decaf version.

Spiced tea and rooibos

Organic Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon Apple Spice do the seasonal work on a black tea base, and Masala Chai brings ginger, cinnamon, green cardamom, and vanilla. Want the spice without the caffeine? Ginger Snap, Fireside Vanilla, and Chocolate Chai Rooibos are all caffeine free. For something drier, Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a toasted finish and Lapsang Souchong is the smoky one. Every tea here is USDA Organic, in loose leaf, tea bags, or tea pods.

Botanicals to steep or blend

Organic single-ingredient botanicals: cassia cinnamon chips, ginger root, elderberry, licorice root, turmeric. Steep them on their own or work them into a blend you already drink. Chicory root is the one coffee drinkers ask about, and it comes in loose leaf, tea bags, and pods, or goes straight into the grounds for a New Orleans style pot.
